Juan has high integrity and is the best Landlord in Orlando!! Definitely satisfied!
I used this website to acquire a room for rent and it was perfect. I sent in my inquiry and was allowed access to see what was available. Easy access and information was very clear.
After stressing and looking for the right apartment within a very limited timeframe. I can say CityLiving has been a great experience. Not only did they get back to me the same day after filling up a 1 minute’s inquiry form; they explained the process, worked with me to find the nearest listing within my budget in a serene environment.
Upon viewing this property I was able to sign the lease and move in the following day.
Keep up the good work.
Juan is very unprofessional, ex renter for a long while. He doesn’t follow the Florida rental laws, forces you to move less than 30 days notice (which is illegal). He prays on people in situations who can’t move out, seems nice at first but as soon as you request to have something fixed he gets upset and tells you too bad. Also claims that he has maids come out, it’s a lie. No background checks, very hands off. Also tries to collect money outside of rental agreement which is also illegal. BEWARE
